Devotion is a 33-day guided mirror work journey to deep body love and appreciation with the support of community all around you.
For 33 days you will receive a unique daily guided mirror work audio that is no longer than 11 minutes long. The audio will gently guide you through the process of at first witnessing yourself as you are, then deeply loving your body as you see yourself reflected back to you in the mirror.
The group alongside the daily challenge is there for support and to also keep your accountable throughout the process. All of those that complete the 33 days will go into the draw for a PRIZE at the end of the journey together.

3 x Live calls during the 33 day process to support you. With an opening and closing ceremony call. Additionally a Facebook community to ask questions, give updates and receive love and feedback.
Lifetime Access
When future rounds of the program are run you can join in LIVE with no extra cost. Additionally if you want to run through the 33-day journey again you can as well since you will always have access to the audios!

I am an Olympian, Author, Speaker and Coach who is ravenously passionate about helping souls manifest their dreams and reach their highest potential. After an incredible journey led me to competing at the Olympic Games for Australia in 2016, I set out on a mission to show other what is possible for their own life when you combine self worth, mindset and manifestation tools.
Recently my soul mission has called me dive into body love as a process of liberation and manifestation.

As someone who struggled with loving her body at all different shapes and sizes in her life, I know that the relationship with our bodies as women is more than skin deep. Wherever you go, your body goes with you.
Our bodies are literally the starting point for the manifestation of our desired life. If we are spending 90% of our time consumed in the vibration of body hatred, that literally is rippling into our entire life.
As you will find on this journey, when we choose to love the body that WE are in, we liberate ourselves in our life and become more powerful magnets for our desires!
The simple process of mirror work as a meditative and dedicated practice has been absolutely game changing in my life and I can’t wait for you to get the chance to experience it for yourself.
