The retreat will be a combination of on-site days and excursion days.
The on-site days will be a mixture of breakthrough workshops, movement, massages, relaxation and delicious food.
We will begin our mornings with some movement, yoga or a sleep-in - moving into a leisurely buffet breakfast by the pool. Then our morning workshop will begin in the yoga shala with a long break in the middle of the day for massages and facials and buffet lunch, followed by an afternoon workshop.
Each evening there will be a 3-course meal for everyone to have together as we discuss the events of the day and what is coming up the following day.
Some evenings may have a fire ceremony, releasing ceremony or hypnosis to put you into a restful sleep.
On excursion days we will be up early either adventuring or going to a beautiful area in Bali taking you to some of Bali's tourism highlight spots.
There will be a combination of powerful workshops, activating adventure and nourishing relaxation to ensure that the 8 days together create transformation on all levels.

Located just under 2 hours north of Denpasar, the retreat accommodation is located in a sacred coastal town situated along the river and a short stroll to one of Bali's most beautiful secluded beaches.
The accommodation was finished in 2022, it is stunning, it is luxe, it is intentional and it is an oasis you won't want to leave.
The location of ILUMINA is in a special place in Bali. The local name of the town translates to magic healer/shaman.
You can choose a shared suite with one other person or a private suite for yourself.
Aesthetics, values and comfort were of high priority to us in choosing a retreat location and this space goes above and beyond in all areas.
To keep the energy of the retreat sacred we are not publicly sharing the space's name or exact location -
