In the event of cancellation by the Guest, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund policy shall apply:
- The Deposit of $1000 USD is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If the cancellation occurs 60 days or less before the Retreat's due arrival date, no refund will be provided.
- If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the Retreat's due arrival date and the Guest's place can be filled, a refund of 50% of the total payment (excluding the non-refundable Deposit) may be considered at the discretion of the Company.
The Company does not offer credit or refunds for Guests arriving late or leaving the Retreat early, including due to unforeseen issues such as family-related illness, COVID diagnosis, or visa complications.
The Company reserves the right to change the Retreat's location due to unforeseen issues, such as third-party delays, problems, construction, etc. In such cases, the Company will ensure that the standards are maintained in all partnering villas/resorts.
The Company reserves the right to change or amend this cancellation policy at any time. The most current policy shall always be applicable.
